In September 2007, Recceology Holdings sold Recceology Information Services to the Czempa-Gendolla Partnership of Warsaw, Poland. At the same time, Recceology Holdings became the majority shareholder in that business, and the new board adopted a resolution which incorporated a change of name - to Recceology Czempa-Gendolla - and inclusion of that business in the Recceology Group.
